Abstract
THE CONSTITUTIONAL REGULATIONS REPRESENTED FUNDAMENTAL ACTS WITH A CONSTITUTIONAL CHARACTER AS NO OTHER ACTS IN THE NEIGHBORING GREAT AUTOCRATIC EMPIRES, FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF STATE ADMINISTRATION, THEY WERE HAVING A MODERNIZING ROLE. THE CONSTITUTIONAL REGULATIONS REPRESENTED A BAS IC LAW THAT MODERNIZED CERTAIN INSTITUTIONS OF MOLDAVIA AND WALLACHIA.
